I recently downloaded Ranorex, and when I run the test case via Ranorex, I got the message that IE plugin add on is not added, and in the IE server, in Manage Add - ons, the Java trm Plug In ssv helper and the Ranorex plugin are both incompatible.

I searched online and I tried to Uncheck the Enable Protected Mode in security tab and also unchecked Enable enhanced protected mode option in the Advanced tab.

But still I face the same issue.
