Hi,

I am not able to capture the image screenshot while recording a step of capturing an image of a drawing

This featured was working perfectly fine till yesterday

Today suddenly I am not able to record image based automation

Please help to resolve

Are you sure that there was no update installed on your PC?
What exactly happens? Is there an error message displayed?
Have you tried it on another PC?
And of course, have you tried to uninstall/reinstall Ranorex?
