sync testcases from Ranorex to testrail

How to sync Ranorex testcases to Testrail if the link between them are broken.
Hi,
I'm not quite sure what you mean by "broken link", but if TestRail/Ranorex connection is broken, you will most probably have to setup it again (from scratch)?
