I have a situation wherein I need to fare to another application and open upon the record and check whether it's effectively stacked, is it conceivable through Ranorex?

I'm afraid, I don't really understand, what you want to achieve? Could you please describe your scenario with more steps and ideally, also with some screenshots? Thanks.
