Hi
This problem occurs especially when you deal with different browsers. Somehow mysteriously firefox ranorex extension becomes disabled, anyone face to this problem ? if so please help.

And sometimes even there is no Enable option in Extensions page of Firefox,

If Firefox has a warning below address line says "One or moreinstalled add-ons cannot be verified and have been disabled" and If I look at extensions, there is no Enable option and it says in red bold font

Renorex automation could ne be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled.

How can I prevent it and How can I overcome automatically when it happens ?

Hi,

Typically, the FF plugin is disabled only if you install a new major version of FF. Once installed new version, existing plugin is no longer compatible with new FF version and therefore disabled. New version of FF plugin is released with new version of Ranorex, usually few days before/after new major version of FF is released.

I've never experienced disabled plugin due to another reason? If it happens to you, I would suggest you to ask FF support what could be the cause of this behavior? Do you use standard FF install? Any antivirus installed?

I went back to Firefox 39 which works fine with Ranorex 5.4.

and I see Firefox don not upgrade is not working until you modify some values from about:config.
