Cross Broswer

I recorded the test case on IE browser.I created the browsername parameter that is bind to sql query to get the next browser name.When im playing my recording for IE it is working fine.For Firefox it does read the broswername and Open firefox browser but it does not play my recording..please assist in resolving this issue.

Could you give us more information please?
It sounds like an "element not found" issue. I would recommend using Ranorex Spy in order to check if the RanoreXPath is the same for the element in each browser.
Can you please send us two
snapshot files from your application?
One Ranorex Snapshot from IE browser and one from your Firefox browser?
Please also tell us which element cannot be found.
