How to work on Radtooltip

We are working on a wpf app that has radtooltip. We are unable to verify the content of the tooltip. Please suggest

What's your Ranorex version?
Are you able to track the tooltip? Use Ctrl+Left Win shortcut to track the tooltip via Spy. Then once the tooltip is in repository, save its snapshot and post it here. Here is how you can create Ranorex snapshot.
Are you able to record tooltips? You must enable recording shortcuts and then use T shortcut to record tooltips).
If you are able to track and record the tooltip and Ranorex just don't see its content, then there is not much left you can do. Your only hope is to use image-based validation, eventually GDI Capture List, but I'm not quite sure how useful the GDI Capture List could be regarding tooltips? Another possibility is to ask the app developers to implement proper tooltips
