Please could anyone tell me if its possible to automate JLoox Objects?
(Without using object recognition)

Have you tried Ranorex trial with mentioned elements? I'm not familiar with JLoox Objects, but if these elements are not recognizable by Ranorex Spy, your only chance is most probably image-based automation. This is unfortunately much less reliable (and not very comfortable to work with) automation solution.
