Hi Experts,

I am trying to automate the windows application which is built using JAVA. When I open spy tool and try to track the control, spy tool is failing to recognize and when checked in task manager its shown as Not responding.

Out of 10 times, one times spy tool is working fine but most of other time it fails as mentioned above.

I am using Ranorex 6.0 on Windows 7 operating system.

Kindly suggest.

What version of JAVA?
What UI framework? (Spring, Struts, JavaFX, Swing, etc.)
Are you getting any error messages? If so, please copy the whole text of a screenshot of the error here.
What other applications are you running at the same time? Have you tried with just the AUT and Ranorex Spy?
