Hi,

I am unable to install Ranorex on my windows 7 system. Please find attached error message and below are my system information.

Windows-Edition: Windows 7 Professional
Processor: i5
Systemtype: 64 Bit
RAM: 4 GB

Could you please suggest me possible solution to install Ranorex on my system?

It would be useful if you expand the "details" section and post entire error details. It's unfortunately impossible to tell what's wrong without more details.

Hi,

So you have your answer There are not installed critical components for running Ranorex on your computer, namely Visual C++ 2010 Runtime libs (both x86 and x64) and Visual Runtime Libs (x86).

Try to run the Ranorex setup with admin rights and make sure there is no company policy/antivirus that prevents installing these runtimes.
