Ranorex studio crash after testrun

Hi, my problem is that my ranorex crash (close) after testrun but not every time. Is this a problem with the license server ? or something else ? Will I find a log somewhere ? :D

Hi,

It would be helpful, if you post the exact error you are getting (and Ranorex version too) ;) You can find logs in C:\Users\username\Documents\Ranorex\Logs

I dont get any error msg Ranorex just closes. And which exactly log file we are interested in because there are several of them.

Hi,

I think you can’t go wrong with those named ‘Ranorex Studio’, eventually, logs related to tests preceding the crash?

I think I found the reason for closing the program, in one of the recordings I chose the path to the folder in which the report should be saved, I used to touch it, I changed the action on click and so far everything works fine.

folder1 → touch
folder2 → touch
folder3 →touch
write the file
