Ranorex 8.2 Scaling issue on windows 10

Hi,
I have recently got a new laptop which runs Windows 10, 64 bit os and 16 GB RAM. I installed the latest version Ranorex 8.2 licensed version.
Some of the UI is hidden or half hidden. I tried all the possibilities of using the Display settings, but the problem still exists. It blocks me from working and i have urgent tasks to complete and be ready for our applications deployment.
