I am using the version 9.3.3 and the urls, or any other links that are shown in the start up page does not work at all.

This might be a group policy feature on your network? ISTR mentions of this related to IE/Edge elsewhere on the forum. It's not something that affects me so I'm a bit vague on the details. It just rings a bell.
