Ranroex upgrade

We are getting following error after upgrade to ranorex 3.3, win7,ie8, the project was initially built on xp,ie7, please provide the step to solve this compile error
The primary reference "Ranorex.Plugin.Flex, Version=3" could not be resolved because it has an indirect dependency on the framework assembly "UIAutomationProvider, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" which could not be resolved in the currently targeted framework. ".NETFramework,Version=v2.0". To resolve this problem, either remove the reference "Ranorex.Plugin.Flex, Version=3" or retarget your application to a framework version which contains "UIAutomationProvider, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35".
