Version 3.2 cannot be installed on windows 7 PC

Hi,
we have a license for version 3.2 but have a problem installing it on a windows 7 PC.
Version 3.3 can be installed without any problem, but i suppose we cannot use it with our license.
How can we solve this installation problem ?

Hi,
You should be able to install Ranorex 3.2.X on a Win7 machine.
Are you by chance using Ranorex version 3.2.0? If so, please install the latest patch release 3.2.3.
Version 3.2.0 was not correctly signed (missing a timestamp), this could cause troubles.
Are you able to install Ranorex
3.2.3?

Installed version 3.2.3 on my windows 7 PC without problems.
Other windows 7 PC gives problems... (message that version is wrong. )
same download link and both windows 7 pro / 64bit on 64 bit processor
i have an core i5 processor, my collegue has a core 2 duo. Does it matter ?
So still a problem,

Hi,
No, this doesn't matter.
In our case it works as expected on a Win7 64 bit machine, but why aren't you using 3.2.3?
Which file are you using for the installation, the setup.exe file?

We tried this with the link 3.2.3 as you recommended. But the problem remains.
i'll check monday which one he tried to start. the exe or msi from the zip file.

OKay, thx PC is installed. We ran setup.exe this morning without problems.
