Ranorex crashed with Object is in a zombie state

Enviroment:
Win 2003 R2 enterprise edition 32
Ranorex Studio 4.0.2.21666 with Developer premium license
.Net Runtime Version 4.0.30319.1
It happened on different occasions sometimes i have to close and reopen ranorex to continue, and sometimes closing the error message and restarting the test fixed it.
the error message is :
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Object is in a zombie state. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013134F)
