Enviroment:
Win 2003 R2 enterprise edition 32
Ranorex Studio 4.0.2.21666 with Developer premium license
.Net Runtime Version 4.0.30319.1

It happened on different occasions sometimes i have to close and reopen ranorex to continue, and sometimes closing the error message and restarting the test fixed it.
the error message is :

When does this crash occurs?
Do you get it as well, if you run one of our test samples?

Have you installed Ranorex with setup.exe in order to install all prerequisites?
Could you please try to update to our current version Ranorex 4.0.4?

Sorry for the late response, I had to wait for the Ranorex update (Sysadmin), after it was completed
I waited another week to check that the problem doesn't reappear.
and i can tell you that the new version fixed it !
