Hi:

I use trial version in order to make some test of the tool. I configure devices and app. In New recording window, when i press start button returns: Error, the remote server returned an error: (403) forbidden. I follow all iOS Testing instructions, anyone have information of this error?

Do you use WLAN or USB connection to automate your iOS Device?
Please also check if you APP is correclty instrumented. This can be done by deploying the APP directly from XCode to your device. If you can see a logoutput from Ranorex inside the output window of XCode, then your application is instrumented correctly. If this is not the case please take a look to following documentation http://www.ranorex.com/support/user-gui ... html#c4435

If the APP is correctly instrumented, you can check the firewall-settings on your computer, maybe the device isn't allowed to communicate with your computer. The firewall could be a reason why you get the "(403) forbidden" error.
