I will create the following situation:

Project A

Groups
A1
{
Code module_A1_1
Code module_A1_2
Code module_A1_3
}



Project B
Groups
B1
{
Code module_A1_1
Code module_B1_1
}


I want to create a module group in project B and add a code module from project A to project B. If I do a drag&drop action, I get the message "Can not add modules from another project" so its impossible.

If I copy the code modules from project A module group and paste them into Project B module group, this action is possible.


So what is this from point of view of Ranorex, a bug or a feature?
Has anyone else notice this behavior. Have any bugs been previously raised and or other any plans to change this functionality.

I was able to reproduce your issue.
I’ve already added an entry in our internal Bug-Tracking-System and we will analyze this problem in detail.
