Hello,
i have the Problem when i call the WebDocument.Close() sub then it
don't close the browser.

In some cases Close() doesn't work with IE6.
You can try the following workaround:
WebDocument doc = ...
doc.ParentForm.Activate()
Application.SendKeys("{ALTDOWN}{F4}{ALTUP}")
