Where is the Datasources-File located?

Post by dugovic.milan » Tue Sep 13, 2016 2:09 pm

I'm having some issues with Datasources which appear to be unavailable for me after several attempts to delete corresponding source files. Does anybody of you know where is the file responsible for settings of these files' location? Since my Ranorex (6.1.0) "is not responding" I see this as the only option how to delete and bind the source files from scratch again. Thanks

Hi Milan,

Unfortunately, I'm not exactly what your problem is.
If you are searching for the place where the simple data connector is stored, than i would suggest having a look in the TestSuite file.
Just open the directory of your test and search for the *.rxtst file.
If you open this file with the notepad, you could find the simple data source.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
asdf
