I am looking for the download location for the test suite runner. Can someone please send me a link?
Thank you!
Where to Download Test Suite Runner
Re: Where to Download Test Suite Runner
The test suite runner is part of the full Ranorex installation, there is no separate download.
The easiest, and best, thing to do is just download the Ranorex installer and install it wherever you want to run tests. Then you will need give Ranorex the name/IP of your license server when asked.
Ranorex will automatically choose a runtime license when you run a test from the command-line or the test suite runner. If you are using Studio, it will obviously need a professional license.
NOTE: Run-time licenses are limited to Floating licenses, so you MUST have a license server.

Re: Where to Download Test Suite Runner
So if we install Ranorex studio there is no need to install the Ranorex agent which is offered as separate download, right?
Re: Where to Download Test Suite Runner
Incorrect. The Ranorex Remote Agent is a separate application and is not installed with Ranorex Studio, only the normal tools are installed with Studio (Ranorex Runtime libraries, Studio IDE, Spy, Test Suite Runner, Report Viewer, etc.).
However, in order to be able to effectively use the Ranorex Remote Agent, it does require that the Ranorex Runtime (also part of the Studio install package) be installed on the system.
