Whole page capture instead of per repository element

Good Day!

I was able to record and playback test cases that I created under Chrome yesterday. Today, Chrome cannot detect the repository (like tabs) so it failed and when I tried to record, Red marks shows the WHOLE page instead of per element/repository.

I'm using a trial (extended) version btw. My colleague is using the same license and she did not experience this issue.

Weird thing is that I tried to playback in IE and was able to see the elements (hence was working).

Is there anything that I need to check or do? I already installed all needed plugins for Chrome.

Okay it's now working. I got an email from Ranorex Support and I tried to uncheck "Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed"
